Inconel Alloy 601 Ferrule (Tube Inserts)
Aditya Steel Engineering Co. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality tube inserts and ferrules of Alloy 601 (2.4851/N06601) for heat exchanger and boiler tubes insert. Trust us for innovative solutions ensuring your operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are one of the high export quality tube inserts or ferrules manufacturer for heat exchanger and boiler tube insert it includes inconel alloy 601 seamless or welded (ERW) tube inserts or ferrules for high temperature applications.
To protect the tube ends of a shell and tube heat exchanger, metal components called tube insert ferrules and tube inserts are inserted into the end of the heat exchanger tube. Since all tube failures happen within the first few inches of the heat exchanger tube inlet-end, this tube ferrule is necessary.
Aditya steel engg. co. is world class high quality manufacturer and suppliers of metal tube inserts, manufacturer of inconel 601 tube inserts, manufacturer of of inconel 601 ferrule, manufacturer of inconel 601 seamless tube inserts, inconel 601 welded tube inserts, inconel alloy 601 seamless tube inserts, inconel alloy 601 welded tube inserts, inconel 601 seamless ferrules, inconel 601 welded ferrules, alloy 601 tube inserts, alloy 601 ferrules, high-temperature alloy 601 tube insert’s or ferrules for heat industrial heat exchanger or boiler tubes.
Corrosion resistance Alloy 601 Tube Inserts or ferrules :
According to DIN EN 10095 Alloy 601 is termed a heat resistant alloy on account of its excellent resistance above 550 °C (1,022 °F) against hot gases and combustion products, as well as against molten salt, while at the same time exhibiting good mechanical short-time and long-term properties. Even under severe conditions, such as under cyclic heating and cooling, Alloy 601 retains a tightly adherent oxide layer which is very resistant to spalling. According to DIN EN 10095, the maximum operating temperature in air is 1,200 °C (2,192 °F), while the loss of weight from scaling is not higher than 1 g/m2 • h on average. Resistance to carburization is good. Alloy 601 has also shown good resistance in (carbo) nitriding conditions, if a sufficiently high oxygen partial pressure is present.
Advantages of of Alloy 601 tube inserts 0r ferrules :
Alloy 601 (2.4851/N06601) tube inserts or ferrule is advantaged by:
- Outstanding resistance to oxidation at high temperatures
- Good resistance to carburizing conditions.
Applications of Alloy 601 high temp. material
Inconel Alloy 601 has found a wide variety of applications in high temperature areas in furnace construction, the chemical industry, in environmental protection facilities, in the automobile industry and in power plants. Typical applications are:
- Trays, baskets and fixtures for heat treatment plants, e. g. in carburizing or carbonitriding environments
- Refractory anchors, strand-annealing and radiant heater tubes, high-velocity gas burners, wire mesh belts in industrial furnaces
- Isolating inserts in ammonia crackers and catalyst support grids in nitric acid production
- High temperature components in automotive parts, e. g. manifolds, glow plug tubes or sensor caps
- Combustion chambers in solid waste incinerators
- Tube supports and ash-handling components
- Components in exhaust gas systems
- Oxygen preheaters
